Note: Registration means payment of the conference registration fee. All accepted papers require at least one author to complete registration (payment) to present at the conference.

Regular Registration (July 31 - August 30, 2026)

  • Onsite Presentation: $600

Late Registration (August 31 - September 15, 2026)

  • Onsite Presentation: $650
  • Onsite Presentation (Student): $600
  • Online Presentation: $550

Group Discount

Special hotel rates are available for groups of 8 or more individuals. To facilitate reservations at the discounted rate, please contact us at icgec2026@gmail.com with a confirmed group of 8 or more individuals.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before September 15, 2026: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • September 15 - September 30, 2026: Full refund minus 30% processing fee
  • October 1 - October 15, 2026: Full refund minus 50% processing fee
  • After October 15, 2026: No refund
