Note: Registration means payment of the conference registration fee. All accepted papers require at least one author to complete registration (payment) to present at the conference.

Group Discount
Special hotel rates are available for groups of 8 or more individuals. To facilitate reservations at the discounted rate, please contact us at icgec2026@gmail.com with a confirmed group of 8 or more individuals.

- Before September 15, 2026: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- September 15 - September 30, 2026: Full refund minus 30% processing fee
- October 1 - October 15, 2026: Full refund minus 50% processing fee
- After October 15, 2026: No refund
