Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration (Before July 30, 2026)

  • Regular Attendee: USD $450 / TWD $14,000
  • Student: USD $300 / TWD $9,500
  • IEEE Member: USD $400 / TWD $12,500
  • Student IEEE Member: USD $280 / TWD $8,800

Regular Registration (July 31 - October 10, 2026)

  • Regular Attendee: USD $550 / TWD $17,000
  • Student: USD $350 / TWD $11,000
  • IEEE Member: USD $500 / TWD $15,500
  • Student IEEE Member: USD $320 / TWD $10,000

Late Registration (After October 10, 2026)

  • Regular Attendee: USD $650 / TWD $20,000
  • Student: USD $400 / TWD $12,500
  • IEEE Member: USD $600 / TWD $18,500
  • Student IEEE Member: USD $360 / TWD $11,200

Note: Accommodation and travel are not included.

Author Registration

Important: At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference to present the paper. Papers without registered authors will be removed from the proceedings.

  • Author Registration Deadline: July 30, 2026
  • Early bird rates apply for authors registering before the deadline

Student Registration

To qualify for student rates:

  • Must be a full-time student at the time of registration
  • Must provide a valid student ID or certificate from their institution
  • Student registration is limited to one author per accepted paper

Registration Process

  1. Online Registration

    • Create an account
    • Select registration type and payment method
    • Complete payment

  2. Payment Methods

    • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
    • Bank transfer
    • PayPal

  3. Confirmation

    • You will receive a confirmation email with receipt
    • Registration details will be sent closer to the conference

Cancellation Policy

  • Before July 15, 2026: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
  • July 15 - July 31, 2026: 50% refund
  • After July 31, 2026: No refund

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the registration chair.

Group Registration

Special rates available for groups of 5 or more from the same institution. Please contact the registration chair for details.

Visa Support

If you need a visa invitation letter, please:

  1. Complete your registration first
  2. Request the invitation letter through the registration system
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing
