Submission Guidelines
Paper Format
All papers must be formatted according to Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format. Authors should use the official LNCS template available at:
Key Formatting Requirements:
- Use the official LNCS template
- Papers must be in English
- Include abstract (150-250 words) and keywords
- All figures and tables must be embedded in the paper
- References must follow LNCS citation style
- Page limits must be strictly adhered to
Paper Length
- Full Papers: 12-15 pages (including references, figures, and tables)
- Short Papers: 6-8 pages (including references, figures, and tables)
Page limits are strict and papers exceeding the limits will be rejected without review.
Submission Process

Prepare Your Paper
- Format according to LNCS guidelines
- Ensure all authors are listed with affiliations
- Remove author names and affiliations for blind review (if required)
- Check that all figures are readable and properly captioned

Submit via Online System
- Access the submission system: [Link to be provided]
- Create an account or log in
- Select paper category (Full or Short)
- Upload your paper in PDF format
- Fill in all required metadata (title, abstract, keywords, authors)
- Complete the submission

Review Process
- Papers undergo double-blind peer review
- Review period: 4-6 weeks
- Authors receive detailed review comments

Camera-Ready Submission
- If accepted, prepare the final version
- Include author names and affiliations
- Address all reviewer comments
- Submit signed copyright form
- Upload final PDF and source files
Review Process
All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process:
- Each paper is reviewed by at least 3 independent reviewers
- Reviewers are experts in the relevant field
- Review criteria include:
- Originality and novelty
- Technical quality and rigor
- Significance and contribution
- Clarity of presentation
- Relevance to the conference
Review Decisions:
- Accept: Paper is accepted as-is or with minor revisions
- Minor Revision: Paper requires minor changes before acceptance
- Major Revision: Paper requires significant changes and re-review
- Reject: Paper is not suitable for publication
Submission System
Papers must be submitted electronically through the conference submission system. The submission system will be available closer to the deadline. Please check the Call for Papers page for the submission link.
Important Deadlines:
- Paper Submission Deadline: June 30, 2026
- Acceptance Notification: July 15, 2026
- Camera-Ready Papers Due: July 30, 2026
Submission Requirements:
- PDF format only
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- All fonts must be embedded
- PDF must be searchable (not scanned images)
Important Notes
- Originality: Submissions must be original and not published or under review elsewhere
- Simultaneous Submission: Papers submitted to ICGEC-2026 cannot be simultaneously submitted to other conferences or journals
- Plagiarism: All papers will be checked for plagiarism. Plagiarized papers will be rejected
- Author Registration: At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference
Publication
Accepted papers will be published in:
- Conference Proceedings: Springer CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) series
- Indexing: Scopus, EI-Compendex, DBLP, Google Scholar, and other major databases
- Open Access: Selected papers may be invited for extended versions in special issues of journals
